Getting Started

How do I start my 2 Week Free Trial?

To start your Free 2 Week Trial, you can create an account by clicking on the person icon. Then you can choose the Tier which best suits you, and continue the sign up proccess. You will not be charged until the 14 days have ended and you may cancel prior to the 14 days at any time. If you cancel prior to the 14 days ending there will be no charge. If you continue past the 14 days you will be charged for the Tier that you have chosen.

What equipment do I need?

The minimal equipment needed to get started is a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell. You can do a version of every daily workout if you have a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell as we give modifications/substitutions for every movement. We also recommend having a jump rope and something to use for pulling (pull up bar, resistance bands, rings, etc.) Some other useful equipment to have is a wallball and something to jump on or step on (10-30 Inches).

Our workouts are meant for everyone, whether they have limited equipment or a full gym setup. For members that are not limited to equipment access, we program with barbells, bikes, rowers, ski ergs, etc.

What is a typical daily workout? 

Our workouts range anywhere from 60-90 minutes if the full programming is followed. The programming consists of warmup/stretching, workout, and also some form of accessory work. For our members that follow our programming daily, we use Thursdays as a day of active recovery in order to keep people active, while also allowing the body to have some rest from the typical "Daily Workout". These days will often include some form of running, or biking, and are also used as days to work on some accessory work and mobility.

Billing & Memberships

How do I change/upgrade my membership?

Membership upgrades can be purchased through your account by logging in and selecting "Manage memberships". To upgrade a membership you must first cancel your current membership. This be be under the "actions" section after you log in and select "Manage memberships".

How do I join the private Facebook group?

When you create an eligible membership we'll email you with a link to request to join our private Facebook group. Then we'll add you to our amazing community!

What do I do if I wasn't added to the Facebook group?

If you signed up for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 membership and weren't added to the Facebook group, please email info@Lifeotb.com

How do I access the pages which are "Blocked"? 

If a page wont allow you to view it, it means that it is a higher membership tier than you currently have. You can change your membership by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Memberships".

If you do not currently have a membership you can purchase from the home or membership pages.

How do I update my payment info?

Updating your payment information is as easy as logging into your account and selecting "manage memberships".
